The Atelier
Appointment

Sixty minutes. No agenda except understanding your face.

On the Appointment

This is not a
consultation.

Most aesthetic practices begin with a questionnaire. We begin with a conversation.

Most practices end by handing you a treatment plan. We end by handing you something different, a written portrait of your face, composed by your provider, that describes what she observed and what she believes.

The Atelier Appointment is an introduction. You are not being assessed. You are being understood. No treatment is offered, discussed as an agenda, or sold at this appointment. It is sixty minutes of careful attention, the first act of L'Étude, and the beginning of a relationship that, if it is the right fit, will continue for years.

The Atelier Appointment is offered complimentary to all new clients. It is always with a board-certified provider. It always ends with The Portrait.

What Happens

The sixty minutes.

Arrival

You are shown to a private suite. There is no clipboard, no intake form waiting on the chair. The room is quiet. Your provider will be with you in a moment.

The Introduction

Your provider enters. She does not immediately reach for a chart. She introduces herself, takes a seat across from you, and looks at your face with unhurried attention. L'Étude has begun.

The Conversation

She asks about your life, not just your skin. What you've noticed. What has changed. What you want, and, more usefully, what you don't. She listens more than she speaks. There are no wrong answers and no premature conclusions.

The Observation

At some point, the conversation quiets. She studies your face in the light, how it moves when you speak, how it holds stillness when you rest. She notes proportion, volume, the direction of shadow, the quality of expression in motion. She does not share her conclusions yet.

The Counsel

When she is ready, she speaks. She describes what she observed, not problems, but characteristics. She names what she would suggest and, with equal care, what she would leave entirely alone. She may conclude by recommending nothing at all. That, too, is the work.

The Portrait

Before you leave, she composes The Portrait, a written record of everything she observed, composed in plain language, specifically for you. You take it home. It is yours, regardless of what you decide.

The Ritual Artifact

The
Portrait

The Atelier Appointment does not end with a treatment plan handed across a desk. It ends with The Portrait.

The Portrait is a written record of what your provider observed during your time together. It describes your face, its characteristics, the proportions she noted, the qualities of light and movement that are particular to you. It names what she would approach and, with equal precision, what she would leave alone.

It is written in plain language, without clinical jargon, and it is composed specifically for you. Not from a template. Not from a form.

You take it home. It belongs to you.

Whether you return next week or in three years, The Portrait is yours, the first page of a history between a face and the person who has been paying careful attention to it.

Questions About
The Atelier Appointment

The Atelier Appointment is sixty minutes with a board-certified Céleste provider. It begins as a conversation, about your face, your concerns, your life. It moves into careful observation, during which your provider studies your face without rushing toward a conclusion. It ends with The Counsel and The Portrait. No treatment is sold or scheduled at this appointment. It exists purely to understand you.
The Portrait is a written document your provider composes at the close of the appointment. It describes what she observed during your sixty minutes together, the characteristics of your face, what she would suggest, and what she would leave alone. It is written in plain language, without clinical jargon, and it belongs entirely to you. You take it home regardless of whether you book any treatment.
Yes, always. The Atelier Appointment is complimentary for all new clients and carries no obligation to proceed with any treatment. We offer it because we believe the relationship should begin well before any treatment does. There is no version of this appointment that involves a sales agenda.
Yes, and sometimes that is exactly the right recommendation. Part of what makes The Atelier Appointment different is that your provider is as likely to describe what she would leave alone as what she would approach. Restraint is not a limitation at Céleste. It is a form of expertise. If the honest answer is that nothing needs to be done, she will say so.
Céleste was built on a single conviction: that the face you were born with is not a problem to be solved. We do not transform, we reveal. The best version of you already exists; our role is to uncover it with precision and restraint. Enhancement, never alteration is not a promise of caution, it is a statement of belief. We also cap our client roster intentionally, because the work requires a depth of relationship that scale destroys.
